Licensor observed had cords on blinds on all windows in the playroom. Licensor observed straps on changing table and changing pad. Licensor observed a shed on the bottom on all four sides, and parts of the slats on the ground desk have head entrapments more than three and a half inches and larger. Licensor observed the water temperature was more than 120 degrees and degrees. Licensor observed in the playroom that the outlets were not tamper-resistant and had push-in covers. Licensor observed in the bathroom that the outlet near the sink was not GFCI.
